CMS-6100 Online Machine Diagnosis System

This system contributes to enhance facility efficiency across a wide range of industries, by realizing efficient maintenance through detecting signs of anomaly, analyzing and prediction of deterioration.

A wide variety of sensors
The system incorporates a variety of sensors to handle deterioration prediction, operation diagnosis and quality diagnosis. The system performs comprehensive diagnosis of the facility.
POINT 2
A wide range of measurements
Many types of local stations are available including multiple-channel oscillation, analog, digital, multiple, temperature-resistant and flame-proof.
POINT 3
Real-time measurement
The system can handle parallel measurement of up to 32 channels of oscillation at one-second intervals. By measuring vibration behavior in real time, the system enables effective quality control and analysis of emergencies.
POINT 4
Web-based remote diagnosis
You can monitor facility conditions through Web browser on the online client. Alarms can also be issued via e-mail.

Local Station

Local Station

Functions

The local station receives online signals from sensors. Then the station processes data, sends information and the results to central station. Distributed processing enables the system to expand according to increase in facilities.

Alarm Display

Alarm Display

When an alarm occurs, the exact time, place and type of alarm (caution, danger, time signal, day signal, wire break, etc.) are displayed.


Layout Display

Layout Display

Display layouts are available to suit the type of equipment being diagnosed (option). When an alarm is activated, a colored symbol on the instrument display indicates the meaning of the alarm.


Vibration Trend Graph

Vibration Trend Graph

This graph can be used to manage vibration data trends. There are three display settings: hours, days and months. Careful management of these data enables accurate monitoring of equipment conditions.


Analog Trend Graph

Analog Trend Graph

This graph can be used to manage voltage data trends. Four types of display settings are available: minutes, hours, days and months. Voltage data can be used to represent instrumentation signals such as temperature, pressure and tank levels. Monitoring changes to these data enables accurate checking of equipment conditions.


Run Time Accumulation Graph

Run Time Accumulation Graph

This is a cumulative graph of the operation time of pumps and valves. Careful management of operation time enables accurate monitoring of equipment conditions.


FFT Graph

FFT Graph

The vibration waves are converted from the time domain to the frequency domain using an FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) in order to perform a frequency analysis. Knowing the frequency distribution of vibration signals enables more accurate assessment of equipment abnormalities. (Includes a built-in automatic diagnostic function)


Deterioration Forecast Graph

Deterioration Forecast Graph

Using this graph, the deterioration of an item in the equipment can be predicted based on changes in vibration data with time. The forecasts are calculated by making linear, quadratic and exponential extrapolations on accumulated vibration data.


Machine Maintenance Records

Machine Maintenance Records

This function allows you to keep records of repairs or parts changes. The data, which is displayed on the vibration trend graph, can be used for monitoring equipment performance trends.


Simple Diagnosis Report

Simple Diagnosis Report

These reports provide diagnoses of equipment abnormalities based on vibration measurement data. The reports enable you to make diagnoses and data time shift confirmations using any of three methods: absolute value test, relative value test, and correlative test.


Precise Diagnosis Report

Precise Diagnosis Report

This report function diagnoses equipment abnormalities based on vibration measurements and the results of vibration data frequency analysis. Like the simplified diagnosis report, this report can diagnose equipment using absolute value tests, relative value tests and correlative tests, in order to determine the causes of abnormalities
